How to Stop Gas Service

If you are sure you want to stop/cancel your natural gas service service, follow the steps below to disconnect your service.

Gather the information required to stop service. This includes your service address, new mailing address, stop service date, and account number. 

Step 2.Fill out and submit this form online.
